0-10 miles: No charge when
client's location is 0-10 miles from Optimal Service
Center
11-40 miles: One-Way charge
when client's location is 11-40 miles from Optimal

41+ miles: Two-Way charge
when client's location is 41 or more miles from Optimal
Service Center
4. Minimum Billable Support Time:
Telephone: 1 hour minimum,
30 minute increments thereafter
On-Site: 2 hour minimum, 1
hour increments thereafter
5. Optimal Does Not Support end user's
programmed applications or any other
proprietary software packages.
