Phone Support is the first step in helping you through those minor issues that
you've almost resolved or diagnosing a need for more advanced onsite services. We
can help you load that new Operating System, or Virus Protection software. Let our qualified team of engineers assess and resolve your problem over the phone, thus providing you a quick and efficient answer to get your equipment and team back in
the game.

Since 1988, Optimal has been providing help desk and phone support for all areas
of the IT field from Routine PC/Printer/Network Maintenance to guiding you through
Software Migration or System Recovery. We welcome all questions with a friendly,
knowledgeable, and professional attitude.

Our Hours of Operation are Monday -Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm pst. After
hours and weekend support are available if scheduled in advance. Need someone to
come onsite? If your support issue cannot be resolved through our Phone Support
Team we can schedule and engineer or technician to visit you onsite. These special-
ists are available to assist you in person on an hourly or block rate. No job is too big
or too small.
