Jeff Duben is the leader of our corporate sales team and oversees the development of our company.
Jeff has played a major role in the expansion of our business with government/military, healthcare and the private sector from small to large businesses. Jeff has always had a vision for the best quality in products and services and he was also a primary lead in helping Optimal obtain ISO 9001 certification.
Jeff has been working in the IT industry for over 30 years. One of his first jobs was a computer repair technician for Raytheon in 1990. Jeff was a trusted employee given secure access to a highly secure military contractor facility.
Jeff’s primary goal is customer satisfaction and will ensure that not one detail is missed. He’s not happy until his customers are happy.
Jeff has been working at Optimal for over 20 yearsand is currently employed full time as a Sales Manager. He brought his relationship with Raytheon to Optimal, providing supply chain services and support for over 25 years to Raytheon hubs not only in San Diego, but nationwide.
